You are requested to arrive 30 mins before closing time to ensure same day pick up.
We appreciate that your time is valuable and we always aspire to provide you with the best service. Please note that we operate out of our warehouse and that our products are both heavy and fragile in nature. It takes time and a lot of care to pack your order.
The waiting time is usually 45 mins however on busy days it can take up to 2 ½ hours.
